Design research insights can suffer a short shelf-life if they aren’t designed to survive within an organization's culture. This observation made Alisan Atvur investigate why some design research deliverables and activities seemed to drive innovation better than others. In this session, Atvur shares real-world examples and scenarios where research deliverables and activities accidentally sabotaged the value of the design research work. The presentation concludes with a practical framework for ensuring design research deliverables can survive within the organization.
